ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND HOW TO APPLY:

1. You must be one of the following:

A home schooled student in the U.S.

A current student in a U.S. public or private high school.

A first year student in a U.S. based Trade School

A first year student in a U.S. based public or private college or university.

2. Answer this year's Essay Question, or create an essay discussing a topic of your choosing.
