ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND HOW TO APPLY:

1.  You must be one of the following:

• A home schooled student in the U.S.

• A current student in a U.S. public or private high school.

• A first year student in a U.S. based Trade School

• A first year student in a U.S. based public or private college or university.
